[font=Oxygen]please, you have to help us, our concern is the noise problem we have at night and day time also, that freak owner 3249 e23rd ave vancouver bc v5r1b6 canada 604 434 7745 has the baking plate at the back of the house, we need someone to get in touch with the owner. we in renfrew height area has problem sleeping at windy night, day time is ok, most of our families members are not home, the noise is really disturbing, no one could sleep with the that kind of noises, just like using nails scratching the chalk broad, we called polices and city of vancouver staff, no help, people dropped a note about the noise, still the problem is there, the owner doesn't concern our problem. is there any thing you can do for us? we are praying for god. please help us, i needyour help, if the plate is gone at midnight, then the ownerknows, or else the owner just ignre everyone people who knock the door and ring the bell. please help us, this is a serious matter. thank you Submitted by Visitor on October 26, 2013 - 8:41pm[/font]

i just want to file a complaint for our neighbourhood. the owner lives at 3249 e23rd ave vancouver bc v5r1b6, that owner hangs a silver plate at the balcony for 24hours, with a metal post next to it. vancouver is a quiet place to live, however, in autumn/winter season, winds might hit our area, therefore, winds blow the plate to the metal post. then sounds started to created. within 24 hours, there probably total of 7-10 hours continuously of sounds created by the plate. people in this area know what happen at all. the owner refuse to speak with the people concerning on the plate. is there anyone out there who can help this area to be more quiet again?
we don't know how long this gonna have, we just moved this area few months ago

everyone, can you hear me, can you read our message for this neighbourhood? we believe that our problem still exist for a period of time. we can even show you guys about the noise problem that we have. The address, 3249 e23rd ave vancouver bc v5r1b6 canada, of the owner hangs out a silver plate at the balcony. a metal post is near the plate. therefore, when wind blows the plate, the plate would hit the post creating loud noises that we can't even imagine how loud is it. However, the sound should be louder than car engine noises. it even had sharp noises that looks like students using their fingers to slide the blackboard. damn, even i'm typing this, i can still hear the noises. so, people in local vancouver should keep track on this owner. we would thank you for this if this problem solve as soon as possible. just spread this news to everyone who is friend with you or just make a notice on the board for people to read. we need a hand for this. please help us, thank you

i wish people in vancouver could give us a hand. a noise problem occured for years, we believe that this noise problem existed for more than a decade. we surely have no idea what to do to solve this kind of noise problem. we need some Help here. an owner who lives at 3249 e23rd ave vancouver bc v5r1b6 canada, put a baking silve plate at the back of the house for 24 hours non-stop. everyone in here tried to reach the owner. however, the owner didn't even show us or talk to us at all. eventhough we try to cut the plate off. we believe the owner could put another one back. unless everyone in here buys those silver plate in greater vancouver, the owner won't able to get anymore plate. however, this is not the choice everyone didn't wish to make this. is there anyone who can help us anyway? you can spread this message to everyone in greater vancouver or even worldwide making everyone in this global to know that there is such a freak in this world who loves noises. Please help us. take a look at the plate anytime you want, morning, afternoon, night, midnight, graveyard time. thank you for reading this.!!!!!God, help us now!!!!
